Rozy Okocha is a compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner committed to empowering women to achieve optimal health and wellness at every stage of life. A proud Texas native, originally from Arlington, Texas, Rozy began her nursing career in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) before transitioning to the Recovery Unit, where she gained extensive experience caring for patients through critical and post-acute phases of healing. These early experiences strengthened her clinical judgment, attention to detail, and deep compassion for patients and their families. Rozy earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Texas Woman’s University. She began her advanced practice career in occupational health, focusing on preventive medicine, workplace wellness, and patient education, where she cultivated her holistic and wellness-centered approach to care.
Now specializing in women’s health, Rozy is passionate about creating a supportive and trusting environment where women feel heard, respected, and empowered in their health journeys. She integrates evidence-based practice with compassionate care to promote physical, emotional, and reproductive wellness across the lifespan.
Outside of work, Rozy enjoys fitness, traveling, and spending time with family and friends, which help her maintain balance and bring positive energy to her patients and team.
