Jill Wooten

Women's Health Nurse Practitioner

Jill Wooten is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner who has joined Dr. Pickel’s team. She grew up in Grand Prairie, TX, and attended South Grand Prairie High School. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Texas Tech University. She became a Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner through the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Her specialties include well-woman exams, prenatal care, treatment of minor gynecological disorders, and sexually transmitted diseases. In addition, she focuses on educating women on the prevention of sexually transmitted diseases and unintended pregnancies.

She’s honored to be a part of Omega OB/GYN and to serve the clinic’s diverse patient population. Since she has been working in women’s healthcare for 25 years, Jill is extremely passionate about treating women in all stages of life. She enjoys building relationships with them as they grow from young adulthood into parenthood and beyond.

Outside of work, Jill enjoys spending her free time with her family. Her family includes her husband of over 20 years and their two daughters, who are growing into outstanding young women of their own.
