Dr. Anusha Hussain- Inclusive, Evidence-Based Care in Mansfield & Arlington

Dr. Anusha Hussain is passionate about advancing health equity and ensuring every individual receives
personalized, compassionate care at every stage of life. She understands firsthand the importance of
representation and cultural sensitivity in healthcare, and she is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive space
for patients of all genders and backgrounds, including transgender and gender-diverse individuals.
Originally from San Antonio, Dr. Hussain graduated cum laude from the University of Texas at San Antonio
with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She went on to earn her medical degree from the Texas College of
Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Medical City Arlington,
where she served as Chief Resident in her final year.
 
Dr. Hussain provides comprehensive care across the full spectrum of reproductive health, including routine
and high-risk obstetrics, well-person care from adolescence through menopause, contraception
management, infertility evaluation and treatment, and minimally invasive and robotic-assisted gynecologic
surgery. She is also committed to providing inclusive, evidence-based care for transgender and gender-
diverse patients, including gender-affirming care and support throughout their healthcare journeys. Her
patient-centered approach focuses on education, empowerment, and collaborative decision-making,
recognizing that trust and cultural humility are vital to building meaningful, long-term relationships with her
patients.
 
Dr. Hussain lives in Dallas with her beloved dog, Maya. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, working out,
and relaxing with a good book.
