Visitor, Mask & Appointment Policies – What You Need to Know

Visitor & Mask Policy

  • One-Guest Limit: Due to limited seating, please bring only one guest to your appointment.
  • Mask Policy: Masks are optional as of 3/8/2022—wear one if you prefer.
  • Children: No children 18 months to 12 years old allowed. Infants (up to 17 months) in a carrier or stroller are permitted.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancel/Reschedule: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice by calling (817) 468-3255 or using our online portal.
  • Late Cancellations: Less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to no-show policies.
  • No-Shows: Repeated no-shows may result in dismissal from the practice.
  • Exceptions: We understand emergencies happen—please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

Illness Policy

  • Reschedule if You Have: Fever (100.4°F+), cough, sore throat, body aches, loss of taste/smell, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.
  • Feeling Unwell at Your Visit? Notify our staff immediately—we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment.
  • Pregnancy Symptoms vs. Illness? If unsure, call us before your visit for guidance.

Late Arrival Policy

  • Arriving Late? Call ahead if you’re delayed.
  • 15+ Minutes Late: Your appointment may be rescheduled or shortened.
  • Plan Ahead: Arrive 10 minutes early to allow for paperwork or updates.
